Pop Fizzle

Michelle and I recently picked up Skylanders Giants. It’s a fantastic game and I really cannot say enough good things about it. It’s a hack-and-slash game that uses toys to save your progress. Really neat stuff. It’s like Gauntlet Legends blended in with League of Legends, World of Warcraft, and Pokemon. The figure featured in the comic is my favorite guy at the moment, Pop Fizz. When they first announced him, his name was Alchemist and he used potions. I think Activision wanted to steer clear of any occult stuff, though, and changed his name to Pop Fizz and his potions to soda. I was surprised parents didn’t complain that their kids were gonna start emulating this little guy and start guzzling six-packs of pop like it’s their day job. So… here’s the comic!
